That was the choir concert I was in! Pretty poor quality photos, but I'll have better. 

In a kind of wild escapade, we ended up at a dirt bike course, and I got one of the most epic pictures ever of me:

I love getting answers to prayers. It's probably what I've been learning the most on my mission - that you can ask questions in prayers and get answers. If you haven't tried asking god a question recently, give it a try! Even if it's just, "are you there?"

You may be wondering why I didn't email yesterday

This is why: 

We had a zone development day yesterday, where we played games together as a zone, and bonded. :) This was the last bit, a murder mystery dinner! The two red hats on the right are the APs: Tinsley and Boehme. Yeah, we have a pretty awesome zone. XD

Howareyoudoingallright?

Is a common greeting on the street here. Scotland is becoming beautiful now. I love the drive into Hawick - it has rows of daffodils lining the street. 

My new companion, Elder Ward, is really fun to be with. He is funny and hardworking. Honest. So we've been having a great time! 

I had a pretty cool dream this morning. At the end, there was a tower / pillar of sorts. One person said something like: "It's a pity when the things you love decay" and the response was something like "that's why you build things that last for [an eternity]" (it was "thousands of years" spoken, but the meaning was an eterninty) Cool dream reminding me to not waste time, and spend my time building my relationships with my family. :) 

I love our blender. It is fun. Very fun. I blended a bit of cake into pancake batter. It was delectable. I have now blended the following into pancakes: {oats, carrots, muffins, cupcakes, mousse cake, pears, bananas} I love my blender. Buy one. Now. 

Two of the members here were in a car smash, but both were miraculously kept alive - only a few bruises. Which is pretty good for having the car flip over several times. 

I've felt the spirit pretty often this last week. I feel great. I am so thankful for this chance to be out here in Scotland.

I HELD A HAWK!

(formerly to be titled "I ATE AT THE ELEPHANT HOUSE!!" (where JK Rowling wrote Harry Potter)(but we didn't find it) and more formerly "Easter Concert")

In the royal mile - the street leading in Edinburgh up to the Castle - there were some bird sanctuary people holding owls and the hawk, and I got to hold one! It was brilliant! :D It really makes me want to get a bird when I'm home. (and able and allowed to have one) 

The easter concert was amazing. I felt the spirit so often as we sang. I'm very thankful for the time I had to direct the choir. Though stressful at times, it was a blast. 

Elder Wilberg was freaking out a bit last night (and this morning) since he is going home now, but he's pretty cool right now. X) He was a great guy - a very hard worker, loving, and sincere. It has been a pleasure serving with him. 

So yesterday I got the call from president Brown, saying I'm staying in Galashiels, Scotland with elder Ward now, which should be great! :D

So it's been a fantastic week. Thanks for all your prayers!

I really need to start doing this first.

Okay! In viewing a tower, we got our car stuck. we tried heaps of things, starting with prayer. I put some stones beneath the tires, into the mud pits the wheels were in. After trying for ~20min, switching who was revving / pushing, I just got in front of the car and prayed I could push the car out. And Voila! The car came straightway out of the pits. :) I was really muddy afterwards though. XD

We were on our way to Edinburgh, for a choir practise! It was superb. GAH. I just realised I only have a minute left!! 0-0 AAAAAHHHHHH

It was a great week, General conference was great, I love you all. Keep up the great work! Keep writing! Keep strong!
