The Groundhog saw its shadow

... or something like that. So I'm staying in Kilmarnock for another 6 weeks at least!

Thank you for all your prayers for my investigators! Dave and Rohen both got answers to their prayers, though they are both quite a bit like me, so are still a wee bit skeptical. But please keep praying for them, that god will continue to answer their prayers!

So I made a really good stew, though it turned out a bit more like a curry...
It had sweeds (a kind of turnip), carrots, parsnips, and a wee bit of potato. So it was a good stew. But then I added some spices and milk, and it became really sweet, and the milk made a sort of curry-like sauce... Anywho. I was very proud of the work of mine hands. ^u^

The work in Killy is going much better than at first - we've now many people we're teaching, and we have a lot of friends we've made who are listening to us! :)

Thanks for your prayers and your letters!
Keep on being the brilliant people you are!! :D
Love,
 Elder William Kevin Black

This picture doesn't capture a third of the beauty of the sunset we saw... It was absolutely stunning. :) The house on the left is our investigator Dave, as follows
Dave and Ruth are pretty much the nicest and coolest people I know. One rainy night, they had pity on us, and let us in. Then he mentioned he was a chef for a pub, but had no one to cook for now, and I mentioned we could help with that problem. X) We've been seeing him every Sunday since, and he's gone from no real belief in god to praying to him regularly, reading and pondering the scriptures.
Unfortunately, he was sick the day we took the photo, but he was a champ and stood up for it. XD Please keep praying for him and his mom Ruth! :)
Oh, and Dave plays Deckaron, and is one of the leading players of it! His mom says she would join our church if she weren't so aged, but she loves all the things we've been teaching, and is overjoyed we've gotten her son to pray for the first time in his life. :) Yeah. They're brilliant.
